Manager, Donor Relations will be responsible to manage third party relationships to ensure high standards of service excellence

Eligibility: At least a Bachelor in Business Administration

Experience: 2 – 3 years in Corporate or NGO sector

Job Description:

Develop and manage Customer Relations and Donor engagement strategies
Develop and manage relationship with customers and Donors
Manage customer data effectively to innovate strategy for CRM and Donor Management
Tracking donations and managing donor data base
Developing donor communications that engage and inform donors.
This may include newsletters, annual reports and personal reminders and thank you notes.
Ensure compliance that all fund raising activities comply with laws and regulations.
Identify opportunities for improvement
Training of staff and monitor performance
Social media management
