Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers, vendors and contractors and maintain good relationship with them.
Responsible for order placement timing, supply / demand alignment, material replenishment and supplier performance.
Develop sourcing strategies, cost saving budgeting and targeting.
Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
Oversees all supply chain operations
Arranges and coordinates transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper pickup and delivery of shipments
Liaises and negotiates with suppliers and agents
Reviews purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
Track, address and resolves shipment and inventory issues and errors
Monitors shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
Ensures that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Develops processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
National & International flight reservations for employees based on various operational requirements
Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
