Job Description:

We're looking for experience Male/Female agents for our customer services project. Candidates should have good communications skills and some part of empathy. Our customer services department provides services to our clients in North America and you’ll be part of ever growing industry. Complete product training will be given in this regard. We require professional candidates with mindset of growth. Moreover, we are looking for full time candidates excuse to part-timers. Shift schedule starts at Afternoon and it goes till morning six business days a week. Perks and benefits for top-performers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and manage large inbond calls within time bracket with positive approach. 
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
  • Guide customers in making reservations. .
  • Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Keep record of all conversations of call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets..
