Provide Information to customers and become a one-stop solution provider for all customer needs.
Identifying Sales opportunities through existing customers and potential walk-in customers
Follow up on Sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
Initiate property transfer requests and process them accordingly
Manage cash recovery from customers and day-end closing with the accounts department
Manage Customer Data/ Record updating
Facilitate Customers with File, Allotment Letters, NOC, Payment Ledger Deliveries
Manage Customer property cancelations and activations
Manage Customer and Dealer issues and grievances
Manage Resident affairs by providing swift actions through relevant departments
Liaison with the back office for Customer collateral preparation and delivery
Liaison with Audit Department for timely verifications
Liaison with the Development department for Customer property demarcation and possession
Pitch Customer the allied services of SA Group, that is, Architectural, Construction, Marble, Steel Infrastructure, Electrical, and Horticulture
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing a premium service level attitude.
