Business Development Executive

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers
Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new business
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop and execute business development strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, sales pipeline, and revenue growth using CRM software

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 20%)
