Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
Answer all incoming calls, and redirect them when needed.
Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.
Accept all documents and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Maintain daily courier log and coordinate with Courier Company as and when required.
