- Provide assistance in maintaining record of sales-related equipment or material, including all Vehicles, freezers & other Assets
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Coordinate sales team & DC by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Coordination with HRD for Documentation,Attendance and any other HR matter
- Compiling daily sales & target report
- Any other task assigned by the line manager
