The company is looking for suitable candidate for the post of Area Sales Manager where the Job Description of the post as follows:
- Manages, trains and provides overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Sets reasonable sales target to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and motivates members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and provides updates to senior management.
- Develops and sustains long term relationship with customers.
