Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement and automation leading to business efficiencies.
Construct workflow charts and diagrams by studying system capabilities and subsequently write detailed specifications of business processes.
Improve systems by studying current practices and design modifications.
Recommend controls by identifying problems; write improved procedures and construct To-Be workflows.
Apply knowledge of business process modeling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes.
Lead process change workshops to collect information from concerned departments and present new process designs to management for approval.
Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes regarding efficiencies resulting from process reviews.
Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance to management.
Assist Project Manager with feasibility studies and development of business plans for new product lines.
