Duties and Responsibilities: "To manage and maintain spreadsheets, running calculations to ensure record and payments are accurate. "To manage the purchase ledger transactions and credit control. "To process all invoices and requests for payments relating to multiple insurance related costs such as repairs, hire and injuries. "To ensure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to including the protection of client and employee data.
Required Skills: "Clear and professional communication and numeracy skills. "Ability to perform accurate and timely data entry with the ability to work under pressure. "Good level of I.T skills and experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
