-       Market Scans to study competition regarding Product, Pricing & New Developments

- Discussion with PD / Design Team regarding marketing scan to ensure in-demand products availability / brand differentiation

- Discussion / Follow-up with R&D Team for new developments, approvals and in-takes in upcoming assortments

- Plan Sub-Category wise Assortment - New Design Influx to Stores along with detailed timeline from design receipt to WH dates

- Prepare Financial Feasibility (Target Sales, Margins etc.) at Sub-Category level on seasonal basis

- Set initial pricing for new designs after receipt of costing - re-discuss with design/ sourcing team to attain base line margins

- Obtain customer ratings against new designs to finalise quantity / design & pricing

- Suggest appropriate size mix for new design based on current sales trend / planned in-store dates

- Maintain data base of all designs; snaps, tech packs, and major attributes i.e. cut, length, sleeve etc.

- Co-ordinate with marketing team to finalise upcoming marketing plans

- Plan new design influx to stores; consistent with stores display capacities

- Circulate new design dispatch info to stores, marketing and VM teams

- Review sales / stock status from SKU level to Consolidated level

- Prepare and follow-up replenishment plans for all stores; consistent with store's capacity

- Prepare and follow-up inter store transfer / lift-up plans

- Identify top sellers and raise replenishment PO's if required

- Identify low sellers and circulate information to stores, marketing and VM teams

- Monitor slow moving stock / expected left over stocks

- Suggest when to off-rack articles

- Suggest when to put articles on discount & etc.

- Monitor NOS sales, stocks, WIP and raise PO's when required

- Feedback to design team regarding best and worst sellers alongwith design specs

- Keep track of size mix in production, sales and stocks

- Pre Vs. Post rating analysis and evaluate ability to generate internal pool for ratings in future

- Stores visits to ensure timely & proper display / Online Availability / OPS & Customer Feedback

- Review Customer Feedback and co-ordinate with relevant department
