Job Summary
Execution of sales strategies, customer services, stock maintenance, visual merchandising, product merchandising, cleanliness of the store, cash handling, management of non trade items of particular store. Providing feedback in order to improve businesss efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and enhance sales of respective floor through cross and up selling.
- Make sure excellent customer service to all customers
- Responsible for stock maintenance including stock recieving stock placement and stock counts etc.
- Make sure the implementation of visual merchandising standars on floor.
- Error less cash handling for the store sales. (if assigned)
