Sr. Software Engineer

First and foremost: be a strong technology lead Secondly, be a fantastic problem solver Third, love to communicate clearly and effectively

Then:

2+ years in progressive experience on excellent engineering teams delivering complex and interesting solutions
2+ years in Agile development
2+ years' in one of the following: SaaS, API, Mid-tier, Data centric
3+ years' experience with web-centric technologies including HTML / HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript libraries, AJAX, JSON, and web browser technologies
3+ years' experience with Node.js including some experience with Express
Experience with Angular or React
Experience with Flux based state management systems like Redux or Ngrx/store
Experience with SQL development, stored procedures, triggers, and functions (and an understanding of when/why to use them)
Experience building RESTful APIs
Experience with responsive design
Experience with Web/Windows Services
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Experience refactoring an existing code base

Bonus points

if you have experience with development of media servers, Webrtc, FFmpeg
