Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the Reception Area and Look after the office maintenance
Total control on Daily courier mails, verify monthly TCS bill, proper distribution of marked and personal documents, Look after Admin OTRS
Total control on attendance systems
Total control on PAXB system and keep sharp eye on duration of calls

Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics:

Candidate should be Fluent in English, confident, control over emotions, should be able to work as a team member.
Hard worker, Honest, punctual and regular.
