A new and dynamic technology company has opened up its doors for expansion in Pakistan to recruit a team of young and enthusiastic individuals with experience in the retail sector with solid experience in handling Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs) from popular international and large Pakistani brands.
We have established out footing in Rawalpindi and are currently looking for enthusiastic, young and target oriented individuals for Sales and order taker jobs of our consumer products range. The ideal candidate will be required to have the following skills:
- Previous experience of handling fast moving consumer goods from popular Pakistani and international brands.
- Be able to take orders from customers using mobile phone, manage inventory of consumer goods and dispatch product consignments from designated locations to various retail outlets using optimized route plans through a mobile application in Rawalpindi area.
- Working as part of a sales team, ensure that all targets for sales and order delivery are met as agreed with the company
- Generate bills for each of the retail customer outlets based on their orders and reconcile orders with total payments received.
- Deliver product consignments to retailers based on the previous order received and ensure efficient routes are taken.
- Generate sales and order reports based on the orders delivered for the day.
Qualifications
- Inter or Bachelors degree in sales or marketing.
- 2-5 years' target carrying order and sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets while working as part of a sales team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer relationship, Distribution handling
