Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes.
Maintain an awareness of customer requirements and any complaints to identify any areas that may need development or improvement.
Assist in developing and modifying chemical processes to ensure that products are of the appropriate quality and produced within the established cost limits.
Monitor chemical processes to resolve any problems.
Undertake studies and trials of chemicals and instruments to improve production processes, unit costs, quality and safety.
Establish safety procedures for those working with dangerous chemicals.
Evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulation.
A degree of B.Sc./M.Sc. in chemical engineering from reputable university; minimum experience at least 10 years’ in process industry with specially pesticides formulation experience preferred; with problem-solving skills; good communication skills; project management skills
