- preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts
- comparative evaluation of vendor and negotiation afterwards
- preparation of project baseline, budget, case flow, manpower and schedule
- overseeing the running of several construction projects
- using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows
- Understanding of interior drawings and construction of interior & civil BOQ
- On site coordination with site supervision to avoid delays / cost over runs
- generate daily / weekly progress report and present to construction managers
- Determine labor requirements of construction sites.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
