Assistant Manager Distribution – Accessories is primarily tasked with managing day-to-day operations in a warehouse or distribution center.

His responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service in the distribution center.
Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle.
Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
Arranging warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
Resolving any arising problems or complaints related to distribution.
Supervising, coaching, and training his workforce.
Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
Maintaining metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company requirements.
To set targets & goals of the entire sales team.
To develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
To supervise sales activities of all Regions by reviewing monthly targets.
Responsible for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
To conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business.
Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
To implement regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
To monitor entire team's performance and motivate them to reach targets
To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Any other task assigned by the immediate HOD.
