About the Role:

• We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer who have previously worked as Design Engineer.
• The ideal candidate will be Starting at concept creation, the Hardware team architects, designs, develops, validates, and continues to support the product through end-of-life.
• Our hardware design engineers are an integral part of the entire process, especially involved in the system design, bring-up, and test/validation cycles of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proven record of bringing up design from concept to production
• Experience with embedded systems, processor selection, various communication protocols
• Handle the entire development cycle – architecture, design, development, deployment and monitoring.
• Experience in system power design for low power, high-efficiency systems
• Have a responsibility to design 3D models of new products and their
• corresponding electrical circuits.
• Mechanical and Electrical Testing of all new products designed in Paklite
• for quality assurance.
• Batch testing of imported goods using various testing equipments including Spectrophotometer Integrating Sphere, Charpy Impact Test
• Machine, IK Impact test machine, MFI testing machine, IP rating testing machine.
• Preventive and Corrective maintenance of electrical and electronics components and Machines Including CNC milling machine, CNC lathe machine, Injection molding machine, and assembling machine.
• Preventive and Corrective maintenance of Lab testing equipment including IP rating testing machine, Impact test machine, Integrating Sphere, and Ageing machine.
• Supervision of operation of various machines used in manufacturing including CNC machines, EDM machines, Lathe machines, Milling machines, Shaper machines, Surface grinders, Folding machines, Injection Molding machines, and Extrusion machines.
• Supervision of Tool and Die Shop in Paklite.
• Design and supervision of the manufacturing of Downlight assembling machine with automaton.
• Design and supervised the manufacturing of a Machine for automated RTV silicone dispensing machine.
• Design and supervised the manufacturing of a Bulb Ageing machine.
• Design and supervised the manufacturing of a Downlight Ageing machine.
• Design and supervised the manufacturing of an Opacity meter to test the opacity of plastics.
• Design and supervised the manufacturing of IP rating testing chamber.
• Design and supervised the manufacturing of Different LED Lighting Products including Die Casted and Plastic injection molded housing of Bulbs, Downlights & Die Casted Flood Lights.
• Design and supervised the manufacturing of Correlated Color Temperature testing machine.
• Responsible for Importing LEDs and Drivers from China, by negotiating
• technical Specifications and Price.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Qualification Required:

• Students with Mechatronics Engineering Graduates from reputable universities.

Experience Required:

• 3-5+ years of Product/Machine Desigining Work Experience
• Knowledge/ Hands on Experience of Artificial Intelligence is a PLUS
• Technology leadership and development experience managing high-performing distributed engineering team.

• Experience in managing their time and prioritizing their tasks or have done multitasking

Office Timings:            

• Monday to Friday (12:00 PM to 09:00 PM)
• Saturday (12:00 PM to 04:30 PM)
