Responsibilities

Create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging video content for our social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels.
Develop a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
Translate complex skincare concepts into easy-to-understand, engaging content in both English and Urdu.
Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, performing well on social media platforms.
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy with the help of our agency partners across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
Define most important social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in English and Urdu.
Should be comfortable in front of the camera.
Basic understanding of skincare and beauty trends is a plus.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to research and learn about various skincare topics, products, and trends.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
A degree or certification in film, media, or a related field is advantageous but not
