Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
Check source documents for accuracy
Responsible to maintain a record of raw material, packing material and finish goods also in and out recording.
Responsible to manage inward gate pass and outward gate pass.
To maintain a GRNs recording according to purchase order/ production order.
Responsible to maintain a Daily Cutting, production and deliveries (color wise), according to sale order in SAP.
To maintain all purchase requests record related to warehouse.
Stock maintaining and also recording.
Verify data and correct data where necessary mean data validation.
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
Carry out all duties and functions as directed by the senior management.
