To ensure smooth functioning of IT Environment of the company.

To conduct training programs that meet the standard devised for ERP (AX) development.

To generate the departmental reports timely and submit to Manager MIS.

To implement the schedule of database backup of AX system, and user backups.

To talk about the program specification in detail with manager MIS for new systems.

To control the installation of security cameras in factory premises.

To coordinate for AX or any other software’s servers to minimize the downtime and provide solutions for issues/ bugs of AX & or any other software.

To coordinate the Manager MIS for securities, Policies of AX or all other software with mutual understanding of Top Management.

To manage the support for existing or new CAD/DAM system.

To update changes in different Master data.

To conduct the general/ special training of software for all users.

To design database forms and reports.

To coordinate with Manager MIS for contacting with Microsoft.

To take backup O/S, applications and data as per schedule approved by Manager MIS

To take responsibility of Manager MIS in case of absence.
