Showing up to duties on time and take proper over from previous duty doctor.
Receiving patients from OPD/ER on admission. Proper history taking, filling admission papers, following admission orders. Informing consultants of admitted patients.
Preparing pre-op patients for Surgery, informing consultants, anesthetist and OT
Sending labs, scheduling radiological procedures, follow-up of reports.
Interpreting reports and informing consultant of any abnormalities.
