Maintaining payable and receivable ledgers.
Posting, checking & verification of all transactions and processing payments.
Verify & reconcile daily weekly and monthly cash collection and deposit reports.
Monitor Intra-Company transactions.
Preparation of quarterly and annual budgets.
Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
Bank reconciliation statements.
Processing payroll, employee benefit and wage disbursements.
Track and maintain petty cash book, reimbursement billings and receivables.
Follow purchasing procedure, particularly relating to correct documentation and authorization.
Monthly Stock Count and Reports.
Weekly Stock Maintenance and updates in stock register.
Reports and Analysis for Management.
To provide Price Computation / Costing of all imported and local consignments.
Monthly e-filing of STWH return.
Provide appropriate financial advice
Audit accounts
Forecast finances
Analyze risks
Handling clients
Handle business plans and accounts
Handle taxation and auditing
