To ensure all the invoices, expenses forms and requests for payments from all project offices & head Office.
Develop systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. Salaries, benefits, deductions, taxes and third party payments).
Resolve issues and response payroll-related queries.
To deal with daily transactions for the petty cash for Head Office and ensure reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis of all field offices.
Track bank deposits and payments.
Review monthly bank reconciliation statements of all bank accounts and update the line manager on its timely compliance.
To assist in the collection and resolution of past due accounts.
To receive and deal with financial queries and inquires from departments or district offices.
To ensure the books of accounts are maintained as per the standards and timely manner.
To ensure all Tax deposited in Govt. Treasury & E filling is done in a timely and accurate manner of all projects.
To provide support to line manager on the day to day operation of all financial system.
Coordination with all field offices for financial matters.
Coordinate with external auditors.
Review and implement financial policies.
Banking Assistance when required with the processing of daily banking.
Any other official task assigned by the Line Manager.
