Responsible to maintain and manage donor database.
Established relationship with existing donors and convert potential donors to donors.
Responsible to manage all archiving of the documents.
To analysis data and generating reports.
Develop more effective marketing strategies, to increase fundraising and decrease costs.
Responsible to develop different reporting formats.
To manage day to day donor data and coordination.
Responsible to update all the issues related to data management with line manager.
Responsible to develop data base when required.
Any other official tasks assign by line manager.
Enable to established donor and beneficiaries tracking mechanism over website and donor data base software.

Required Skills

Expert in MS. Office, outlook, MS Access and basic knowledge of SQL.
Expert level in PHP, wordpress and HTML.
Data entry speed should be 60 WPM
Excellent communication and writing skills
Self learner, able to develop new innovative solution
