- Responsible for marketing research & analysis for training needs
- Responsible for evaluation of needs analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Provide support in coordination of training activities with donors
- Provide support in rolling out of training programs of training report writing
- Responsible for follow up of meetings with various organizations
- Responsible for maintain client database for launch & marketing of training programs
