Responsibilities:
- Perform assessment of patients with diverse and complex conditions to develop and deliver a patient focused treatment program.
- Assist and observe Autism and Behavior therapists during patient assessments and follow-ups.
- Write down all note in medical record file and maintain accurate documents of patients.
- Transcribe consultant’s orders accordingly.
- Communicate with other health care professionals.
- Keep self and staff updated with latest knowledge and advances.
- Initiative and creative in carrying out rehab proper function.
- Give report to the supervisor/seniors with particular attention to patient related issue.
- Perform duties as per privileges assigned.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and physical therapy programs.
- Ability to take care of clients with different personalities.
- Ability to find solutions to problems.
- Ability to work with team.
