Collaborate with the team to facilitate the implementation of an effective risk management framework, including the development of risk policies, metrics, reporting, and monitoring procedures.
Assist in developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk register that captures all relevant risks across the organization.
Implement appropriate methodologies and tools for conducting enterprise-wide risk assessments, leveraging the expertise and insights of risk management team members.
Assist the Head of Risk Management in the assessment and evaluation of top risks faced by the entity.
Facilitate the development of a comprehensive heat map that highlights the top 10 risks and recommends appropriate mitigating actions based on the risk assessment findings.
Assist in the preparation of a report entailing a summary of the heat map and impact of top key risk factors/threats challenging the business.
Collaborate with the team to gather updates on strategic projects continuously, evaluating their strategic impact on business objectives and providing valuable insights to the Head of Risk Management.
