- Analyze financial data to assess the hospital's financial performance and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present projections, feasibilities and variance analysis
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for various projects and initiatives
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
- Develop financial forecasts based on industry trends, internal data, and external factors
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for different departments and monitor performance against targets
- Work with department heads to develop action plans to address performance gaps
- Implement performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from operational and financial data
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and clinical teams, to gather information
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization
- Stay informed about regulatory changes impacting the healthcare industry in Pakistan
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges
- Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
