Responsibilities:

Perform Speech therapeutic assessment of patients with diverse and complex conditions.
Provide effective and efficient speech therapy treatment to meet the needs of patients in the line with best practice.
Provide speech therapy diagnosis, develop and deliver a patient focused treatment program.
Write down all note in medical record file and maintain accurate documents of patients.
Transcribe consultant’s orders accordingly.
Communicate with other health care professionals.
Give report to the supervisor/seniors with particular attention to patient related issue.
Initiative and creative in carrying out rehab proper function.
Perform duties as per privileges assigned.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices.
Ability to take care of clients with different personalities.
Ability to find solutions to problems.
Organized and methodical mindset.
Analytical skills to provide accurate diagnostics.
