Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via social media platforms 
  • Identify customer needs and help customers accordingly
  • Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new offers and deals
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Experience as a Social Media Page Handler (Post uploading, Chats Handeling, Comments etc)
  • Experience using Facebook/Instagram tools 
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent english writing and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Must know online chat ethics 
  • Must be able to generate eye catchy content according to market trend for posting
  • Must have skill to write engaging captions for posts.
