Job Responsibilities:

Collate and process inbound royalty revenue data from wide variety of sources make sure that data files due are received accurately, on a timely basis, and reconciled accordingly against payments received in line with internal schedules, standards and deadlines
Prepare monthly and quarterly royalty revenue reports
Work with internal and external right-holders, partners and in-house systems (Internal CMS and Finance) to produce royalty reports
Prepare payable/receivable balances and make amendments where necessary
Frequently update the SRP CMS royalties’ system with all required data
Maintain contract data and update changes to contract terms in systems
Prepare royalty outbound payment bills
Assist in developing key financial controls for the royalty accounts
Complete ad hoc projects as needed

Qualification & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Advanced Excel skills and impeccable attention to detail
Experience using high volumes of data and reconciling various sources of data
Highly motivated and organized with excellent time management skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
Passion for music and number
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high productivity environment with tight deadlines.
