JOB DESCRIPTION

Bookkeeping for UK company, maintaining Purchase and sale ledger & credit collection, credit controls
Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
Ensuring the timely payment of debts
Following up payments as needed
Negotiating re-payment plans
Responding to relevant client inquiries
Processing and reconciliation of invoices
Checking and posting of receipts accounting systems
Check customer's credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements
Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices
