A leading US-based Multinational Company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Unit. The AI business unit is one of the largest initiatives in the company responsible for innovating new technologies to reshape the future of medical diagnostics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 10 years of experience in technical program management in a global, cross-cultural environment with remote teams.
  • 5 years of people management experience, leading team members through engineering projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with a broad range of AI/ML algorithms.
  •  Experience working with R&D/innovation-style activities.
  •  Experience delivering communications in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Master’s, or PhD degree with a focus on machine learning, AI and embedded systems or related technical field.
  • PMP Certification
  • Extensive experience with AI/ML solution delivery within industry.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry/projects.

Major Duties:

  • Lead a program management team to develop and deliver projects from conception to completion.
  • Oversees AI/ML solution exploration and delivery through the entire development lifecycle, e.g. rapid prototype, design, build, assemble, test, and pilot.
  • Collaborates with other departments within the company to identify and flesh out new growth opportunities using AI/ML technologies.
  • Maintains current knowledge of technology landscape and emerging developments.
  • Works with various Product and Enterprise teams to optimize customer and user experiences.
  • Employs practical approach to data access and management and eventual platform integration of AI/ML solutions.
  • Participate in milestone reviews, testing, simulations, and post-prototype analysis activities
  • Prepare program updates, white papers, technical papers, briefs, and meeting materials
  • Respond to official requests for information and other tasks
  • Documents and articulates solution architecture and lessons learned for each phase and projects.
  • Demonstrate expert leadership skills, communication skills & interpersonal skills.
