· Responsible to develop and implement the overall strategic marketing plans for the organization

· Responsible to create and implement communications and media strategies which raise the profile of the organization

· Develop and organize launch and other campaigns, events, exhibition and marketing & promotional activities from ideation to execution

· To prepare and manage the marketing and branding budget

· To prepare and maintain the monthly/yearly marketing calendar with containing all planned activities and costs

· Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organizational publications

· To develop and implement the digital strategy including website, social media and other digital tools and day-to-day management of the digital channels to ensure information remains relevant and up to date Build strategic relationships with functional teams, partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Required Skills & Experience:

· Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies

· Technical marketing skills

· Proven experience in customer and market research

· Relevant product and industry knowledge (Energy, Engineering)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Problem analysis and problem-solving
