职位介绍

1-      Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets in all “ New Existing or coming Housing Societies nationally”

2-      Developing strong relationships with Project Developers, Key stakeholders from the client side, Architects for those selected societies and key decision makers

3-      Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets in CRM

4-      Representing the business in key trade fairs, exhibitions related to Real Estate projects

5-      Overseeing Sales team/ Account Managers for New Businesses nationally

6-      Able to understand the overall energy requirements of selected projects, define and understand deployment structures and phases

 

The requirement of the Role:

1-      Experience in working with Senior Management to align sales strategies and solutions

2-      Must have experience in Corporate and / business focused environment

3-      Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record, for successfully pitching of new projects

4-      Proven track record of increasing revenue through the generation of leads

5-      Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities

6-      Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

7-      Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

8-      Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

9-      Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

10-   Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

11-   Able to work independently for a period of 3-4 months to develop key leads and breakthroughs in identified housing projects in Islamabad/ Lahore Etc
