Job Description:
This position is for full time work. Most of the work will be related to Clinic Administration, processing requests,troubleshooting and resolving advanced issues while supporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree is preferred.
- Prior experience as an assistant in Hospital, Psychiatrist’s clinic.
- Ability to read and write English
- Prior experience in Handling Patient Calls preferred
- Fundamental understanding of Mental health services
- Familiar with most of the psychological symptoms, diagnosis
- Effective oral and written communication skills with patients
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and analytics tools.
- Commitment and willing to learn with the time
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and analytics tools
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Computer, high-speed internet and smartphone is required at home
