Accountant

Skylink network, which is the world’s leading global logistics service provider with customized advanced transport services is looking for exceptional candidates and scouting for talent in the field of Accounts and Finance.

Manage all regular accounting processes and monthly closure accounts
Produce and present error-free accounting reports such as balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
Document financial transactions by entering account information using current ERP
Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure
Manage vouchers along with their evidence for auditing purposes.
Coordinate and manage outward remittance of local and international vendors along with supporting documentation.
Manage Inward remittance and deposit accordingly.
Reconciling the company’s monthly bank statements
Prepare the necessary documentation for banking transactions (deposit cash or cheque, cash cheques, arrange monthly bank statements, etc.)
Inputs and maintains all AP/AR data
Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
Provide support to safe keeping of internal expenses in the company.
Secure financial information by completing database backups
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Other duties and special projects as requested by management.

Skills:

Hand on experience on MS Office Applications & Quick Book
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a problem-solving approach to all aspects of the business
Strong planning and Strategic thinking.

Requirements:

Education: MBA Finance / ACCA qualified.
At least 2-5 years of working experience.
