Business Development Manager

The Business Developer is responsible for generating leads and driving sales for the company regarding IT services (web & app development). This position requires the individual to be an independent worker with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and drive sales through the Upwork, Freelancers & LinkedIn platforms.
Develop relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Good English in written and verbal communication skills.
Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client, and closure.
Quality Bids on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru & PPH.
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At-least 1 year prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
