• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal sourcing and recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates to clients.
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand client hiring needs, and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for international roles across tech and non-tech domains.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts in collaboration with leadership.
  • Stay updated with global hiring trends, market shifts, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment market and global talent landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRMs, and sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with offshore/nearshore talent delivery models.
  • Prior experience in IT services or staffing agencies.
