PKR. 50,000 - 70,000/Month
- Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal sourcing and recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates to clients.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client hiring needs, and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for international roles across tech and non-tech domains.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Negotiate terms and contracts in collaboration with leadership.
- Stay updated with global hiring trends, market shifts, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment and business development.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment market and global talent landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRMs, and sourcing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with offshore/nearshore talent delivery models.
- Prior experience in IT services or staffing agencies.
