- Observes competitor strategies within the assigned region
- Achievement of the monthly sales targets assigned.
- To manage a team of 5 to 10 people.
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Coming up with effective sales methods
- Desvise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor sales KPI's
- Leads training sessions on company product offerings and sales techniques
- Meeting customers to settle concerns/disputes.
