Required Skills
- Expert in object-oriented programming, particularly ASP.NET MVC or Core
- Adept in Web API, REST, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML & CSS
- Experienced with web security aspects (authentication, membership/roles, SQL injection)
- Strong sense of, appreciation for, and ownership of good software architecture design
- Outstanding time management skills and initiative
- Creative, adaptable, and flexible, with a focus on high-quality results
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain both new and existing code, ranging from client-side development using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, to server-side code using C# and ASP.NET MVC, Web API
- Write readable, extensible, testable code, while being mindful of performance requirements.
- Create, maintain, and run unit tests for both new and existing code, with a goal of delivering defect-free and well-tested code to QA.
- Work with management to create and adhere to schedules, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting technological/market demands.
- Keep up to date on best practices and new technologies.
