We are Software company, our SaaS product CloudGate is a modular Physical Identity and Access Management platform designed to manage physical and logical identities and credentials. CloudGate unites global identities from disparate Physical and logical access control systems.
About the Position!
We are seeking an Application Analyst to join our Team at Lahore Office.
An ideal candidate is a true team player to become part of Client Implementation team that is well versed in project management and delivery practices of a SaaS based products. This is an exciting role that will help in successful implementations through your skills
What will you do?
Job Role and Duties:
You will be accountable for end-to-end service program delivery within an assigned portfolio of customers and for driving customer satisfaction and effective delivery of Solutions and products to their end users. To be effective part of implementation team, you must have experience in building, developing, and retaining high performing record to achieve business results, customer satisfaction and value realization.
- Understanding clients' workflows and the associated use cases for our solutions
- Assist in configuration of Company Solutions to meet Client
- Requirements to allow the delivery of a solution that works effectively for the customers.
- Assist in setting up portal and applications for demos
- Ability to self-learn in a fast-paced environment to stay up to date on new/improved modules, features
- Monitor deployment throughout the first 45 days of the customer go-live to resolve any prioritize any open/reported ticket
- Assist and take ownership for the task required for project completion and must be willing to put in extra effort to get the job done.
- Assist in capturing/documenting the processes and configurations set on a client for future support of the customer
What are we looking for?
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements
- Individual having the Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently with good American or Neutral accent ONLY.
- 1 years of experience in technical implementations, consultative or program delivery.

About Schedule!
Working Hours and Schedule:
- 40 plus hours per week - Must be willing to work overlapping hours as needed.
- Experience of working with international clients (US based and EU) in the relevant time zones (shift timing 4PM – 1AM or 6PM – 3AM). This company and clients are mostly based out of US so candidate will be required to work on Gazetted Holidays, i.e., Eid, 14 August etc.
