Solution Architect – Digital Transformation

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture design and solution development for large-scale digital transformation projects involving cloud-based Data Warehouses and Data Lakes. Define comprehensive data architecture frameworks that cover data ingestion, storage, processing, and consumption. Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions. Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, platforms, and technologies aligned with business objectives. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security protocols, and governance policies. Document architecture decisions, solution designs, and integration patterns clearly and thoroughly. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to cloud computing, big data, and analytics.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years’ experience in solution architecture, with a strong focus on digital transformation projects. Expertise in Data Warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, or Google BigQuery. Proficiency in Data Lake technologies including AWS S3, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and the Hadoop ecosystem. Experience with data integration tools and frameworks like Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi, or Fivetran. Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data governance principles. Knowledge of security, compliance, and privacy requirements for enterprise data solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML platforms and their integration into enterprise solutions is highly desirable. Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud architecture are a plus. Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and event-driven architecture patterns is advantageous.

Education

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
