A technical recruiter sources, screens, and hires candidates for technical positions. They collaborate with hiring managers, conduct interviews, manage the hiring process, build a talent pipeline, and stay updated on industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Write and post technical job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms like Rippling.
- Screen technical resumes effectively.
- Coordinate with the US HR Lead Recruiter and HR Director on tasks.
- Handle daily and weekly data reporting and manage tight deadlines.
- Execute full-cycle recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and employment equity regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the US market.
- Strong understanding of US culture.
- Knowledge of US labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent people management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and email.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
