The Role: This is an Associate, Client Support (Product Consultant) position.The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan.Work Shift: This is a Night shift position. You should be flexible to work on any other shift depending on the business need.The Team: This team provides premier product support and research to our clients. We are the pioneer team for Capital IQ Product Operations in Islamabad. We value excellence in our work as well as teamwork. These enable us to provide outstanding support experience to our clients in global markets. In Islamabad, we formed this team in April 2016 with a mere of 6 individuals, and have prosperously grown to 14. The journey does not stop here as we are continuing to grow more.The Impact: As the face of the organization, your regular day requires you to answer client queries while showcasing your vast knowledge of our tools, data and the industries we cover. Additionally, you’ll help to accelerate the quality and timeliness of the data, improve operational efficiency to reduce error rates, and improve support survey scores to help maintain retention rates and drive revenue increases.What’s in it for you:Your communication will further improve as you speak to various client partners.

Responsibilities: As a Product Consultant within the Capital IQ Client Services Team Islamabad, your day to day responsibilities will be to:Deliver the best client experience while providing support and finance-related research.
Be the client’s advocate in getting the best possible solution to their inquiries. We partner with our clients to ensure that their issues are fully resolved and they are improving our products’ potential.
Be a channel for client feedback. We coordinate with our Content and Product Management team to resolve client inquiries. We also help our content teams develop accuracy by providing real-time client feedback. We echo our clients’ ideas and feedback to our team to make sure that we stay substantial to the market.

What we’re looking for:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s &/or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, ACCA Finalist or Affiliate
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention-to-detail and possess strong critical thinking skills
Exhibit interest in learning
Basic knowledge of finance, the financial market, and our company.

Preferred Qualifications:Finance background
Adaptable to rapid change
Provide and accept constructive feedback
Willing to lead projects and stretch assignments
