The Role: Sales Support Specialist, Client Order Processing Support

The Location: This position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. 

Shift: This is a permanent night-shift position (6.00 PM to 3.00 AM or 7.00 PM to 4.00 AM)

The Team: We are a group of highly energetic 12 global and 23 local team members, responsible for assisting relationship managers, Sales representatives and other internal departments. We enjoy an interesting position within the organization, and are continuously growing as we integrate our operations with other departments to provide assistance to an ever-increasing list of individuals and departments.

The Impact: By assisting internal partners, new and existing customers, you will be driving revenue for the book of business & building efficiency for the commercial organization.

Responsibilities:

• You will price single and multi-year new sale and renewal quotes in Salesforce
• You will draft contracts for new sale and renewal using Create a Contract functionality within Salesforce
• You will be required to ensure Net Renewal Rate is captured accurately while processing the quotes
• Being a member of the COPS team, you will collaborate with multiple departments such as, Order Management, Fulfillment, Client Relations, Collections, Finance and CRM team.
• You will be required to assist with Relation management and sales reps with general inquiries related to new sale and renewal opportunities.

What we are looking for: Basic Qualifications:

• You should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, (Finance, Economics or Computer Sciences)
• Strong comprehension, oral and written communication skills.
• You can present or discuss an analysis of the problem at hand and its possible solution(s) with stakeholders at all levels
• You are diligent, have a great work ethic and self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of key financial and legal concepts & terminologies
• Deep understanding of and proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Experience of working and reporting with Salesforce (or similar CRM tool) will be a huge plus
