Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet our business goals and exceed our customers’ expectations
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
Ensure optimal level company performance and administer employee workforce and assist to design all continuous improvement activities and maintain process control.
Be responsible for production output, performance reports, product quality and on-time shipping.
Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of work flow.
Negotiate between various labor relations and perform regular appraisals for personnel and recommend changes if required.
Analyze all customer metrics and recommend improvement to all SPAN.
Maintain efficient quality of all products within required budget and prepare schedule.
Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology
Adhere to company's rules and regulations
Must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line.
