High-Level Responsibilities will include:
- Hiring, Training and Management of Sales Agents and Teams
- Motivation and target Achievement
- Keeping Teams motivated to achieve monthly quality targets
- Maintaining Client Relationship, Meeting Clients and Resolution of issues Coordination with other department
- Coordination with Other Departments
- Tracking , Collecting and interpreting sales figures
- Industry Participation
- Making Presentation on Powerpoint
Monday to Saturday (10:30AM to 8:00PM)
